Picture does not fit screen Xfinity Roku App 2020

I am having the same issue as the below thread.

Everything is full screen, and even the first 60 seconds of playing video on the Xfinity app is full screen, but then it shrinks down afterwards.

I noticed that the commercials are full screen but the Xfinity channels will shrink down afterwards. There's no settings or anything I've found anywhere that could solve this issue.
