Instant TV vs Stream App vs Stream Beta Roku ??

Hi All,

What's the difference in these products ?

I am seeing "Instant TV" is included with my package.

I can downlad and watch Xfinity Stream app on my IOS devices.

However, if I load the "Xfinity Stream App Beta" onto my Roku (and sign in) I am prompted to pay an additional fee to "Get Started".

The sign-in happens automatically....it just asks to compare activation online and goes straight to a 1/4 step process with a fee, no other credentials are requested.

So... what is going on here ? Are they different products ?

Is it extra cost to watch the channels via Roku vs the iPad ?

How can I actually sign-in to the Roku Beta App to watch the channels ?

I hope my request/concern is clear.

Thanks in advance

do you have a paid or free trial cable TV service?  run the Xfinity My Account app and under the TV tab at the top select 'view channel lineup'. channels shown?
