How Do I find my question in this mess

I filled out a form saying what was wrong. But have no clue how to find my question.. This is the most messed up site I have ever seen, besides Verizon.

I can only get 3 news channels to show up. you would think they would have a place to read how to use the dang site first.  First time here and already ready to give up!
