Amount of % of recordings disappeared
2 days ago I was looking at the Xfinity stream online and the bar that showed the percentage was on there. Then yesterday I was looking again online at the stream page page and that dissappeared. That was very helpful in knowing how ful the DVR was. Our home DVR never goes above 62% full however when looking online it always said 90% full. There is a huge discrepancy between what I am seeing online and on my home DVR box. I am not happy that feature was taken away. Is there a way to accurately know how full the DVR is now?

I wish I had an answer for you. It is my belief that the amount of recordings that we are allowed to save on the DVR (in the cloud) is larger than the number of recordings that are allowed via Xfinity Stream, which I view on my laptop. I don't watch on my phone, so I don't know what happens there. This makes no sense to me, but it has been consistent as long as I've had Xfinity Stream, which is at least a couple of years. Two days ago it said my Xfinity Stream was about 45% full--at the same time, when I looked at my recordings on the DVR via my television, it was only about 30% full.
Yesterday, the percentage of recordings was no longer available on Xfinity Stream. This is important information. We need it back.

Agree we need it back and it should also be back on the actual streaming devices (ipad, iphone, etc). They removed from there a while back.

It's gone for me too so it's likely gone for everyone.
The percentages available for stream and home have always been different. I can record over a hundred hours of programming on my dvr, but only about the last 55 hours is available to stream and would be considered 100% full via the streaming app. The only way I know I'm close to streaming capacity now is by counting how close I am to that 55 hour level.

That's common knowledge. They made the app less functional a while ago. They decided to follow suit with the online stream site and gave subscribers less functionality

I know it hasn’t been showing on the app but the % full was showing when you used the internet version which has now been deleted. How do she find it now?

I think we all understand that they've taken away this functionality. Some of us are not happy with it.
I have a follow-up question: If I go beyond the number of recordings allowed for streaming, I assume that those recordings will still be accessible via DVR/TV. If I delete some recordings while online, will any of the recordings that disappeared be available via streaming again?

The will not reappear in the cloud stream. When you delete, it makes room for new recordings for you to view. I always try to watch the cloud recording‘s first to ensure that I can delete them and new ones will re-populate .

I was also unhappy that they took away the percentage full on the Stream app but I was able to view the percentage full when I used the web version. As of this past Saturday, the % full has been removed from the web version.

Yes, I know that, but now I no longer know how much room is left on my Xfinity Stream.

I believe that they are both actually in the cloud, but yes, I'm talking about Xfinity Stream. I just don't understand why the information telling us what percent of that space is used is now no longer available.
