did you remove power from the gateway/modem for 2-3 minutes then plug back in?

use a smart phone/tablet and the Xfinity my account app. go to the internet tab and to the gateway. is more than one gateway listed?compare the serial number of the gateway listed to your actual new gateway's HFC MAC address. is it exactly the same character by character?

Only one device is listed under internet on my account which is the new one I added. I went under settings and the new Gateway is selected as my home hotspot. I have deleted the Xfinity Stream App on both my devices and will try to reinstall them today to see if they will now recognize the new Gateway. It is my thought that somehow the app is still searching for my old modern and router.
@daily108 hello, are you still experiencing issues using Stream on Roku at home?
