Streaming picture
I would like to know why my streaming picture on laptop is fractured, flashing, pixel flashing and could probably initiate seizures with the flashing. I took a video of it but cannot upload here. I updated my flash, updated chrome ?????!!!!?)?
Ah, I pay way to much to not be able to stream.

What device is providing your WiFi signal to your laptop? Are there other WiFi devices active? Does this happen on ALL attempts to stream? Did it ever work? Could be there is an issue with the speed your WiFi signal is providing or your laptop's WiFi adapter cannot handle the speed to stream. Could also be the feed of the stream content is corrupted from the source or being corrupted over the internet connection.

**Update 12/12/2019**
With the recent release of Chrome 79 we have verified that we can no longer replicate this issue. In the coming week, all impacted users should start to see this resolved. In order to facilitate this fix, we recommend waiting until your Chrome version updates or manually performing the update yourself. For additional information on how to update your Chrome version, see here: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95414?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
Thank you again for your continued patience as we worked to resolve this.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing when attempting to use Xfinity Stream. We are currently investigating a possible bug in Chrome 78 that may be causing this. In the meantime, we recommend trying one of the following workarounds by either:
1. Disable hardware acceleration in Chrome. Settings > Advanced > Use hardware acceleration when available > OFF > restart Chrome.
2. Play the TV GO version of the On Demand item. From the More menu button (… icon), choose Watch Options > choose the TV GO option (usually at the bottom of the list).
Thank you in advance for your patience as we continue to work to resolve this permanently.
Additionally, we recommend that you check to ensure your devices and web browser meets our minimum system requirements needed to use the Xfinity Stream website, found here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-tv-website-requirements
Please note, not all web browsers/devices support the Xfinity Stream website.

Yes I've seen this and others. I've turned hardware acceleration off. Not sure how to get to TV to Go. I am trying to play some DVR recorrded materials but can't reach that. I was hoping that a Comcast employee would respond as this problem is not new.
I will search the forum again to see if there are any new solutions. It's really annoying.
Thanks for responding
