In order to review the detail, I will need to authenticate your account. Account Authentication entails you providing me with the first and last name of the account holder, the account number, and the last 4 digits of the stored payment method on file.

Did you guys upload a copy of your drivers license and unity bill you may need to do so in order for them too verify you once that's done your order should ship if you have not done it yet I would do it soon or your order may get canceled that may be a reason why it has not shipped yet
