No voicemail notifications on BYOD Pixel 3

I think I have the same problem described here:

I never get notifications for voice mail - in fact I had 12 new voice mails from the past two months when I finally called the voice mail manually. I have tried all the settings options on my phone and they don't make any difference. 

 

I believe I need the same fix described in the linked thread. I called support and was on hold for 45 minutes and got disconnected. Rather than repeat that frustrating experience, I'd like someone at Comcast to respond here. 


@ComcastChrisL you responded on that other thread, can you help me here too?

Please reach out to me via private message. Click on my name ComcastLauraW and from the profile page click on the blue ‘send a message’ button. In your private reply please include the following information so that I may authenticate and access the account; First and last name, mobile number, complete service address, and the last 4 digits of the pay method on file. Also, if you could provide the IMEI for the device in question that would be greatly appreciated.
