Please reach out to me via private message. Click on my name ComcastJaredB and from the profile page click on the blue ‘send a message’ button. In your private reply please include the following information so that I may authenticate and access the account;
First and last name, mobile number, complete service address, and the last 4 digits of the pay method on file. Also, if you could please include the IMEI, device type, color and memory size of the phone you'd like to swap that would be greatly appreciated.

I am also wanting to put my SIM card into a new iPhone. I chatted a week ago and was told they can’t swap cards and I would need a new sim? I explained to them that a few months ago I was able to swap a sim the same way. I would appreciate if you could assist me with a phone swap using the same sim.
