BYOD Android Google Pixel 3XL

Greetings,

I went to Xfinity store and found out my Google Pixel 3XL bought directly from Google in July 2019 was not acceptable to Xfinity Mobile. If the Pixel 3XL was from a carrier like AT&T, Verizon or T-Mobile, it would be. I am wondering if anyone has had any experience using XM SIM card from another XM "compatible" phone on an unlocked Pixel 3XL bought from Google? Thanks.

You are not the only one. I am in the same boat. It seems like this is a problem for Pixel phone right now. https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Xfinity-Mobile/XM-cannot-BYOD-brand-new-unlocked-Pixel-3a-phones/td-p/3291366
