One of your lines will have to be with AT&T or T-Mobile, or one of their MVNOs who are GSM carriers. So, if you switch your Verizon line to the eSIM on your dual SIM phone, and you could port your Xfinity Mobile number to one of the GSM carriers with a physical SIM card.

NO
Dual SIM iPhones can only have one CDMA carrier.
If and when Verizon drops CDMA, maybe next year if we are lucky, you might be in luck.

Now that Verizon is officially resigining the CDMA network (started on Jan 1, 2020), will that allow Verizon and Xfinity Mobile to function on the same iPhone with the new network standard? It seemed that the only reason you could not run both networks on an iPhone XS or newer was because both use(d) CDMA.
