I cannot log into the xfinity app because it keeps saying log in with the first email address used when first connected to XFINITY home. Which I am but to no avail. You guys are disappointing me so much right now.

I pulled up your account & do not see active Xfinity Home security service on your account. The Xfinity Home app is for customers of our Home Security & Automation service. Please let me know if you believe your account to be in error.
