Peacock not working on flex
I have tried multiple times now to sign up to peacock using the flex app. Whenever I reach the menu that says "thanks for joining the flock", it just freezes up. Trying to move the cursor does nothing and it is non responsive.

The Flex box needs to have firmware version 4.2 or better. If you need an update reboot the box (unplug for a minute or so?). See https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Xfinity-Flex/Peacock-not-loading/m-p/3381243#M648.

I had the same problem. It worked for me when I created a Peacock account on the website.
