Flex doesn't remember my data if it is shut down and restarted

I received the Flex Box and set it up and went through the rather long waits while it booted. I entered my Amazon Prime data, and signed up with my email account to be able to watch Yellowstone on Peacock. I got an error message trying to get on Netflix, so I restarted the device as suggested, and it rebooted from the start all over again. 

Who has time to reinput every time you turn it on?
