XFi Pods Fail - No Tech Support - HELP
After 6 plus months my Xfi Pods Failed. Constantly changing state to all failing. I had a tech come out and changed the gateway. What next? Who do I reachout for help?
- I work from home and this is a BIG problem.

I recently found out from a tech that the xfi pods are not supported by them. Or at least that what he was told. The store repo said these are supported like the modem and other devices we "rent". I got tired of the finger pointing with internet issues when I owned my own modem, router, and waps. So are everything is working .. ::fingers crossed::
