WiFi TV not working

Subsciption - X1 Preferred Triple Play

Just lost ability to see TV channels streamed to my laptop. TV channel list appears, but selecting a channel to view fails. I was accustomed to periodically get a "puzzle icon" to get Adobe Flash Player up and running. Now it does not appear. The latest version of Flash Player is installed and is turned on in 'Advanced Settings'

Mine is an HP Envy laptop / I5 / Win10 / running MS Edge platform.

Note : My Comcast Arris modem/router is streaming TV fine to my Samsung Android pad.

Help please
