Trouble with On Demand

Hi,

Watching through my tv or mobile app I can watch on demand shows or movies just fine but have much trouble with my laptop. I try to watch on demand with chrome  but every time it will glitch and flash previous and current frames on the bottom half and different ones on the top very slowly. I have absolutely no idea what to do.
