wierd problem

we have recently moved and moved all our services. We had a tech come and install our cable and internet.  It went prety well he had to arange some cables and everything worked. however the next day i started noticeing a problem.  On the downstairs tv with the main box (there are two other tvs hooked up) sometimes if the tv has been off for more than 1 or 2 hours u must power cylce the cable box too get picture. All other tvs and internet work fine.

I am not sure if i should call a tech out because i cant always replicate the problem or should i take the box too comcast store for replacement. The box worked at my old house. I am very hesitant too take box too my comcast store because as in my old posts the store in aurora colorado takes hours.

what do you guys think?
