Hi, I have error code RDK-03004. I have done all the normal procedures as told by online chat and nothing worked. They refreshed everything also. I have 3 tv's with boxes and this is effecting only one of them. What can I do without having a tech. come to my house. Last year the tech was here for 7 hours (no exageration) He never figured out the problem but I did after he left. Hope someone can help me.
I went and got a new box for that tv and it still was doesn't work. I'll try what you said too though. Also I tried using our converter box and that doesn't work. I put our old tv and its converter box in that same room and connected it with that same cable and that old tv worked but my big flat screen doesn't.
