remote not scrolling on TV Xfinity

Hello,

            I am able to watch shows on my computer but the remote does not scroll down on the television.  I can dictate for example:  Watch This is Us, Season 4, episode 9 and it works, but if the list comes up, I cannot access the show.  I am trying to watch Netflix, The Queen Season 3 episode 4 but no luck.  Any ideas?
