pr150bnm error

I have one X1 base unit and 2nd X1 digital box. my 3rd cable box is not X1, it is a pr150bnm since I have an elder, my mother, who likes the old cable interaction display and does not like the X1 display.

 

Yet, when I check my Xfinity system, the pr150bnm shows an error: diagnosis cannot reach this device.

The pr150bnm works as it should, we have not issues with it yet, the Diagnosis Xfinity system cannot reach this device. 

This is the pr150bnm device info, I do not know why it shows X1 TV Box when it is not:

I already restarted this unit and the issue is not resolved. Please advise.

If it works, what exactly are you trying to do? FYI the main box is the only one that will have a “diagnosis”
