Pretty much every time or every other time I turn on my TV it says "not support!" Then I have to reset the cable box and the white box and then wait. Sometimes I have to do it twice. I've had it for maybe a month and this just started happening like a week ago
the symptom might mean that your set top box is set to 'powersave' = on. if so, it is disappearing from the TV's HDMI port (data). try turning off powersave on the set top box.
