how can i actually speak to an agent? everything i tried online failed

been trying for over an hour now to reset my TV box as it says "Failed to Download image". then prompts to give XFinity a call. after 45 mins with the awful automated service I still have no resolutiona nd cant get to an agent. Absolutely infuritaing
