The cable box we are being charged for was never hooked up by an agent. The cable was never buried from the street to our backyard. I have tried calling numerous time on customer service. I have been charged for months for the extra box that does not work. I was told a technician would be at the house, yet one never came.
I have called numerous times and messaged several times...no answer...
