Re: green screen

My Xi6-A device also has a green screen. I unplug it, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in, hit power on the remote, and for 1/4 second it flashes "Bienvenue" and then the screen goes green (3x4 size, not full screen) and flips between black and green at about 30 second intervals. I know the modem is working because I can flip the TV HDMI input, swap the network cable, and my Roku works fine.

Is there a fix?
