error code RDK-03033

We have been getting error message RDK-03033 for weeks and now it's happening multiple times each day. We replaced the box yesterday morning and it happened again last night and this morning. We have made sure the cable connections are good, done TV box restarts and system refreshes, and sometimes just waited. We have done a refresh multiple times on multiple days. We have noticed that the light on the box flashes just before the issue starts. This is extremely inconvenient when trying to change the channel or access the guide. Please advise how to resolve this issue.

We have the problem now, for the past month. Is this fixable?

Most likely you have a signal issue -  a technician would be recommend to check your levels.
