I have an x1 box and everytime I open the Pluto app it is a blank black screen. Can anyone help?
the xfinity stream TV app doesn't have the pluto app. If you are using the Pluto TV app they would have to assist you. note that most issues can be fixed by removing a badly behaving app and power down and restart of the smart device before reinstalling the app.

use your voice remote 'about'. what is the rest of the line to the right of "STB Version"? have you tried powering down the set top box (unplug for 3-5 minutes) and trying again? do other apps like youtube work?

The stb version is- MXO11AN_4.0p19s1_PROD_sey
I reset the cable box from my app, but have hot unplugged it.
The other apps like netflix and amazon prime work fine.
