blue screen 'preparing your box for new software PACE ABL v1.17'.
After a power outage, when the power was retored, I get a blue screen saying 'preparing your box for new software Pace Abl v1.17' It just stays there and nothing happens. Tried resetting cable box, and modem/router from Xfinity. Nothing happens. Is the box fried? Any suggestions?
