after we were upgraded in December we have had nothing but problems with bedroom TV

Hi,  Back in December our service was upgraded to X1 in main room with regular box in 1 bedroom and a wireless cable box (that communicates with main box over cable wire) in 2nd bedroom.  IT did not work from Day 1.  Bedroom TV kept freezing even after multiple resets on main tv and bedroom box.  Comcast came out and spent hours finally replaced the bedroom box to a wireless box and added a signal booster near the main box.  Worked for 3 days and then the same thing.  Did multiple resets again and got it to work for 2-3 weeks until lost electrical power for a couple of seconds. when all boxes booted back up same thing.  sometimes said no signal other times "we are working on a problem".  But keeps freezing and freezing.  kept reseting the boxes and worked for over a month.  then same thing.  Now today it just keeps freezing.  Main x1 box no issues at all.

Try resetting both main box and your gateway
