? about "Free to Me" Content Filter Search Option.

One of the best X1 features is its ability to search the content libraries of other services like Netflix, Prime, and Hulu etc. I could be wrong but if a user clicks the "On Demand" button to search for movies and TV shows and selects the "Free to Me" filter option it automatically omits content that is only available via those subscription services. I happen to subscribe to all of those services and others right now but generally watch content through their apps via Roku because they tend to be more responsive than their counterparts in the X1 cable box ecosphere. It would be nice if users could indicate somehow that they subscribe to Netflix and those other services so that content from them doesn't get excluded when selecting the "Free to Me" filter. If I subscribe to those things then they are free to me at the moment and should be included in the results. Does anyone know if I open and login to Netflix, Hulu, or Prime etc. directly via X1 if the "Free to Me" filter includes content from those providers?

Yes, if you login to the apps on X1 then the content will show up in the free2me menu.

Thanks CChad! I took the time to login to those services via X1 and noticed the change. Comcast recently changed around the search interface for movies so to view "All Movies" you have to click search by genre first and go from there to apply the Free to Me filter. Your tip helped a lot so thanks again 🙂 !
