XiD-P box not working - all others in home are working

XiD-P box not working - all others in home are working

I have one box in my home that will not get past the "Welcome" Screen.

We have tried unplugging it and plugging it back in.

We have moved it to another TV and get the same results

I have run the diagnostics that are available on the website and I still cannot get past the "Welcome" screen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Probably have to swap it out
