I have a X1 DVR in the living room and a small XiD-P box in my master bedroom. The XiD-P box has suddenly stopped working, power indicator light is dark, checked all connections, plugged in to a different outlet, no change. Tried online reset, it says the box is not accessible. How do I get a replacement box?

I know it may be inconvenient at this time not being able to swap out the box at your nearest service center, but I can absolutely get one shipped out to you.
