XRE-06034 - Cannot Delete DVR Recording - get this every night after 11 PM

 

XRE-06034 - Cannot Delete DVR Recording - Every night I am able to watch a DVR recorded program and delete it with NO problem until 11 PM.  After 11 PM, if I try to delete a watched program I get the "Sorry we are having problems" screen, XRE-06034, directing me to "Restart" the receiver.   I know a Restart is NOT going to do ANYTHING to correct the problem, so I just exit off that screen to live TV.  It sometimes leaves the program in recordings as "watched".  Other times it actually is gone!
 
Why does this JUST START AT 11 PM?  It is almost comical how precise the timing is when this problem starts every night!
 
I have restarted, reset the system.  I have replaced my 4K receiver - no change.  I have "chatted" with first tier and second tier technicians who can't help.  So far, the only thing I can do is wait until the next day and delete the "watched" recordings, before 11 PM.
 
Anyone else having this type of time sensitive problem?

i have had the same problem for about 10 days now. i never did notice a pattern but more than several times while watching tv and clicking on my DVR option this has occured.

i have restarted the box and applied refresh and the issue reappears.

fat chance someone here from Comcast will provide an answer. most likely they will as questions that will take more than 24 hours to answer(if they answer) 🙁

Thanks for the in formation.  This 11 PM (EST) pattern is absolute.  I think there are cloud settings at Comcast's end that change at that time that causes it to happen, like reduction of bandwidth or server reduction, to save them money!
