i have had the same problem for about 10 days now. i never did notice a pattern but more than several times while watching tv and clicking on my DVR option this has occured.
i have restarted the box and applied refresh and the issue reappears.
fat chance someone here from Comcast will provide an answer. most likely they will as questions that will take more than 24 hours to answer(if they answer) 🙁
Thanks for the in formation. This 11 PM (EST) pattern is absolute. I think there are cloud settings at Comcast's end that change at that time that causes it to happen, like reduction of bandwidth or server reduction, to save them money!
