Constantly, all day / night long. Error message XRE-03059. 

I cannot get certain channels..  I AM PAYING FOR NO SERVICE! Do not tell me to reboot my cable box. Done it multiple times.  Please Advise

That is a tuning error code. Every channel comes in on different frequencies, that error code means something is impeding the signal levels needed for that channel to work. Check your cables are tight and in good repair, remove any unnecessary splitters and possibly have a tech out to troubleshoot further. Generally, a box reset isn’t going to do anything for this issue.
