XRE-03007 Code

Been getting this error code most of the day, I have tried doing the online help, but it just keeps telling me there is something wrong.  It suggests that I sign up for a call, but the earliest I can expect a call is 0730.  I will be on my way to work at that point, so that won't work.  Might anyone have a thought on what I might be dealing with?  Thanks for any suggestions.
