I just got a new TV Box and it is giving me this code. I ha e reset it and unplugged the coax cord from my router and plugged it in the the TV Box and still have the same problem. Do I need a new TV Box or what could the problem be?
call 800-comcast and select billing. ask the agent to check your activation date for the account and that should fix the problem based on other threads on the forum.
