We have a XR15 Remote for our X1 cablebox and we don't care for it at all. The buttons are so tiny that it's very difficult for older people to use. If we took this remote into the Comcast office, would we be able to trade it in for the XR11? It's quite a drive to go there, but it would certainly be worth it. Thank you for your time.
