a month or 2 ago the TV box just stopped working so i thought it was some device issue and went to the service center and exchanged for another one. I installed the TV box and made sure everything is well connected. At first the LED would start blinking as I plugged in the power cord to the box and it would show welcome page on the TV, then after awhile it'd show trying to connect to internet on my TV screen forever. i've tried almost every method i could find from the forum but no luck. So was wondering if anyone has any better suggestion, thank you
Sounds like your TV setup input selection might NOT be your cable/TV Box connection (HDMI), but an internet connection (ethernet/LAN?).
it was working fine then all the sudden it just stopped working so i exchanged for another tv box but same thing
look at the label on the set top box by the coax connector. what does that label text say?
