XG1v4-A snow screen

XG1v4-A snow screen

Turned on the the TV this morning and all I got was a “snow screen”. Checked cables and restarted box. Got the “Welcome” screen for about a minute and right back to snow. The remote works the tv just fine(power, volume, etc.) but unresponsive when trying to access anything xfinity, no menu, no channel up/down, nothing - just the welcome screen and then snow after 30-60 seconds.
Working fine just yesterday.
What happened?

Try reseeding your hdmi cord

I have the same issue — snow, only on Xfinity (not on Netflix or Roku). What does it mean to reseed a HDMI cord?

Pull out the hdmi cord and put it back in
