Got the XG1V4 box yesterday and was trying to set it up last night and this morning. Keep getting error RDK-03004. Tried to use chat tech support and couldn't get it resolved. Have a tech scheduled to come Tuesday but am wondering if there's anything else I can do until then. Tried the old X1 box and got the same error on that too which is confusing as it worked fine before I unplugged it to try installing the new box. Cable internet works just fine.
