I've had the XG1V4 for months now and now being home more often the Fan noise is really annoying. I spoke to a tech at the store about it and he said there was a sleep mode which I can't find. Can I just get it replaced for one that doesn't have this issue? Model XG1V4
no xg1v4 should have the issue. call 800-Comcast and ask for a replacement. I have 4 of them in my home and none make a fan sound. (single small green LED in front, no clock DVR).
