X1 not allowing 5 shows to watch/ record at once

I have an x1 box, 3 WiFi boxes and one other x1 box. Why can't I record 2 shows and watch 2 other channels on my other TVs? It says that it will cancel the recording if I change the channel. I thought I could record and/or watch up to 5 shows at once?

Each secondary box takes one tuner away. If it’s possible to change one of the secondary X1 boxes to an XG2 (wired with a cable outlet) that will free up your dvr. It’s the only way

adding... would you go to the DVR connected set top box and use voice command 'about' and reply with the rest of the line after "STB version..."  you may have a 5 tuner DVR instead of a 6 tuner DVR.

I ran into this issue, they told me they changed the service options, and are now charging me $10 extra per month to be able to record up to 6 shows, which I used to get automatically.
