We swapped a box that was not working about 2 weeks ago. Have not been able to get DVR capability but can get regular channels. I have done all the resets and called tech support but no luck. I noticed that it is designated as being in master bedroom but it is in another room. Could this make a difference? Could it be I got the wrong box? I really would like this solved as I am paying for a service I do not receive.

According to receipt it was Pace P2 Model PR150BNMD. This is an extra extension. The DVD box is in the family room and records and replays. We just can't get the recordings on the extension.
