X1 XiD HDMI port bad

X1 XiD HDMI port bad

I was doing some cable management and dusting where one of the XiD boxes are. When I moved the XiD around the video and audio cut out. When I jiggled the HDMI connector it seemed to be the issue. I also think the box was used when I got it sent to me as well. Is there anyway I can get this box swapped out?

the HDMI cables 'snap in' place. press the HDMI cable firmly in the HDMI socket. both audio and video are carried in your HDMI cable.
