My X1 box is stuck on a blue screen saying “Preparing your box for new software...”
I have no status bar but there are DOCSIS status for various things all saying DONE or OK except Registration in Progress has no status. Every time I reboot the box it gets stuck here. Call Xfinity not one helps should receive a phone call from technical but nothing
