X1 Platform Update

I have been trying to get in touch with ANYONE to help and it’s ridiculous that I cannot get through. There is a message stating platform update and then says it failed. I can’t schedule a call back, no email to send to someone, can’t get through in “live” chat or schedule a service call!?
