X1 Platform - Continues to say connecting to entertainment experience

My TV continues to show Welcome to the X1 Playforn connecting to your entertainment experience...how do I get it to clear and go back to the channel I am watching rather than just listening to the channel?

Did you try unpluggng the X1 box and plug it back in?

I just turned on my TV and the "Welcome to the X1 Platform: Connecting to your entertainment experience" is what I see. Is there a resolution for this?

Thank you, did you try to unplug the box and plug it back in as mentioned before? Which box is giving you this issue?

Why X1 Platform showing ? I can hear tv, But no picture

First thing to try is to unplug the X1 box and plug it back in.

i have the same issue.  unplugging it and plugging back in didnt work.

whats next????
