For the past few weeks, when pressing the Xfinity button for the 1st time in the day, I get the blue dot message waiting indicator 4 or 5 days a week. When I check for messages, there are none, but the blue dot goes away.
This was an issue a long time ago. Now it is back. When I contacted support, they didn't even know about the blue dot and wanted to know where it was! They wanted me to re-boot to clear it. They were clueless.
Anyone from Comcast care to comment on this?
