We changed our cable plan over the weekend and any recording we hadn't made in the last week or so was deleted and doesn't even show up in the "deleted" section. The DVR wasn't full.
I can only assume this had something to do with the box being refreshed for the new subscription. These are things we've been saving to watch for awhile and this was very disappointing.
Anyone else had this happen?

Are you still able to setup new recordings?
We're able to make new recordings, but after having lost such a large number of previous recordings, we wonder if aren't losing any others. I don't know that we are, but my wife was quite annoyed about the whole thing.
