X1 DVR - Bad display color

X1 DVR - Bad display color

I noticed we started having an issue with one of our X1 DVR boxes about a week ago.  All of  a sudden the picture is slightly overexposed and slightly red.  It's like the contrast was totally jacked up on the screen.


I compared the picture we're getting through the DVR to the picture from our streaming services (FireStick) and those are fine so I don't think it's the TV.


I also checked the picture on all of our other X1 boxes and those look fine. 


I've tried the following with no success:

Rebooted the X1 DVR

Checked the HDMI cable connections

Replaced the HDMI cable

Ran the HDMI into a different port on the TV


I've looked through the X1 menu and I don't see anything for picture settings like this.  Anyone ever experience anything like this?  Could the box have gone bad?

It’s possible, sounds like you’ve tried everything but swapping it out
